yesterday during morning devotion at the rachael's house. And i thought that it was like the most meaningful and memorable one so far.at first, Shantel asked us to think of something, physical or spiritual, that amazes us. then later share with the rest of the unit. i took some time to think but then suddenly i thought of AEROPLANE and how wonderful it felt, the experience on the plane. --how it picks up speed before it takes off, the sinking feeling when you take off and land and the speed the plane is travelling at when the wheels first touch the ground before halting to a smooth stop.[YEAH I WAS THINKING ABOUT MY AMBITION TO BE A PILOT! :D]yeah, but in the end i didn't share lah..was abit..embarassed and scared, dunno why.ok here's what i learnt and reflected on 1 John 4.I learnt that we must be assured of Go'd truth, love and His word. I have learnt the simple way of telling aprt antichrists. I know that God is love and we must not be afraid to love, although in true love there's bound to be hurt. We must love our brothers/sisters regardless of their actions, because we were born to love. [v19- We love because he first loved us.]Love makes the world a better place. Love encourages, love comforts, love makes people feel better. When we love, we appreciate things and people morem and we'll feel happy too. We should not have selfish love, unlike God, who gaves His one and only son to die for us on the cross. Though i don't exactly hate any brother/sister now, i must remember this lesson in case i might stray away due to the temptations of the devil.yepp, pretty short and abit don't make sense but yeah, this was just about what i wrote down in my lovely notebook(: lost; blur; hurt was brought to life at 10:17 PM
